How to Print with eZeep Blue

Set up your ezeep account
		Navigate to the ezeep self-join portal Enter your email address.  Select Send Invitation. If receive the error Failed to request invitation this indicates you already have an ezeep account with this email address. Use the rest of the article to get set up and print.  From your email inbox to find the email subject: Printing at Netflix, Inc. Select the link in the email. Select the Google icon and sign in with your Netflix account.
Set up your device
	Via your computer
		We recommend following the Chrome extension steps; they’re simpler. Use the desktop application to print non-web-based documents such as PDFs, and Word or Excel files.
		Via the Chrome Extension
		Install the ezeep Blue extension.# Navigate to the Chrome Web Store for the ezeep Blue extension. Select Add to Chrome. Select Add extension on the confirmation pop-up. Sign into ezeep.# Select the ezeep Blue extension in your Chrome toolbar. If the icon isn’t visible, you may need to pin the extension to your toolbar. To pin the extension, select the puzzle piece icon, then select pin. Select Sign in. Select the Google icon next to Sign in with on the pop-up. Proceed to sign in with your Netflix Google account. Choose a printer.# Select the ezeep Blue extension in your Chrome toolbar. Select User Portal. A new tab will automatically open and redirect you to the ezeep web portal. Select the printer you’d like to use. All printers are selected by default.
	Via the App
		On your mac
		Install the application.# Access the Mac application installation package via our internal applications portal, Managed Software Center, or download it manually.  Via the Managed Software Center # Your machine needs to be enrolled in endpoint management in order to access this application in the Managed Software Center. Launch the Managed Software Center, located in your Launchpad. Select Install under the ezeep Print App. The installation is completed once Install changes to Remove. The Ezeep icon will now appear in the menu bar. Via a Manual Download# Download the Mac ezeep desktop application.  Mac OS 10.15 or higher is required. Launch the downloaded ezeep app by double-clicking it. Select Allow. Follow the default prompts to install the app. Enter your password (used to log into your computer) when prompted.  Select Install Software. Select Close when the install has completed. The Ezeep icon will now appear in the menu bar. Sign into ezeep.# Navigate to the ezeep web portal and select the Google icon next to Sign in with. Sign in with your Netflix Google account. Select the printer you’d like to use. All printers are selected by default.
		On your Windows or Remote Desktop
		Install the application.# Download the Windows ezeep desktop application. Launch the downloaded ezeep app by double-clicking it. Follow the prompts to install the app. Select Finish when the install has completed. Restart your computer. Sign into ezeep.# Navigate to the ezeep web portal and select the Google icon next to Sign in with. Sign in with your Netflix Google account. Select the printer you would like to use. All printers are selected by default.
	Via your mobile device
		iOS
		Download the ezeep Blue printer app from the App Store. Open the ezeep Blue application. Select Sign In. Select the Google icon next to Sign in with. Sign in with your Netflix Google account.
		Android
		Download the ezeep Blue printer app from the Play Store. Open the ezeep Blue application. Select Login. Select the Google icon next to Sign in with. Sign in with your Netflix Google account.
Printing your document
	Via your computer
		Select the option to print as you normally would. Select File, then Print. Use the keyboard shortcut CMD + P (Mac) or CTRL + P (Windows and Chromebook). Select See More from the dropdown under Destination. Select the printer you’d like to use. The printers you selected on the My Printers page will be the only printers displayed. If you’re printing using the Chrome extension, the printer will have an ezeep Blue icon next to it. If using the Mac app, printers will have an [e] before their names. Select Print after adjusting any additional settings.
	Via your mobile device
		Launch the ezeep Blue application. Select Print. Select the location of the file you need to print. To locate assets in your Google Drive:  Select Files, then select Browse. Select the back arrow next to Browse, then select Drive. Once you’ve selected your file, select the drop-down Select a Printer and locate your desired printer. Adjust the Settings to your desired setting and select Print.
	Customize your printed document
		Print Double-sided# Open the printing pop-up. Select your printer, then the More Settings dropdown. Locate the Two-sided option.  Select your preferred option. If you do not want to print double-sided, uncheck the Print on both sides option. Note: Along Long-edge Binding in portrait mode allows pages to be turned side-to-side like a book. Along Short-edge Binding orients the pages to flip vertically, as in a notepad. Print on Non-conventional Paper# If you need to print using non-conventional paper such as buckslips, labels, or special card stock: Use the printer’s bypass or multifunction tray. This is normally located on the side of the printer as a pull-out tray.  Open the printing pop-up. Select your printer, then the More Settings dropdown. Select the needed Paper size from the dropdown list.
Request guest printing access
		If you have a guest visiting the office and who needs to print, N-Tech can help! Submit a ticket at go.netflix.com/help or reach out to us via #ntech-help on Slack. Animation teams can request guest printer access by submitting a ticket or emailing [e-mail]. Provide this information when submitting your ticket: Guest name Guest email How long they need printing access. Provide an end date. Guests will receive an email invitation to create a temporary account through our printer partner, ezeep. This invite will expire on the end date provided on the ticket, but access has no expiration and will require manual removal through the portal.

The ezeep Chrome extension updates automatically, even if your Chrome browser's autoupdate function is disabled.
