How To Install VPN on Windows Devices
Start setting up the Ivanti VPN proxy client by following these steps:
For non-managed devices, visit Install Ivanti on Non-Netflix-Managed Systems.
Install the VPN client from Company Portal
Note: All Windows PCs enrolled in Endpoint Management have Company Portal installed by default. If the Ivanti application isn't already installed on your system, it can be downloaded from Company Portal.
From the Start menu, select the arrow next to All apps and search for Company Portal, or select the Search button and search for Company Portal.
Open Company Portal.
Under Recently Published Apps or from the Apps section, search for Ivanti.
Select the Ivanti installer that matches your role: FTE, Contractor, or Animation.
Select Install.
Select Downloads & Updates from the left menu.
Under In the Download queue, Ivanti will appear with an Installing status. Once installed, the status changes to Installed.
Connect to the VPN
Note: If you need to connect to the VPN from an AWS instance, see Add Additional Endpoints to add a split tunnel connection and then follow these steps.
- Select Start to open the list of installed applications.
- Open Ivanti.
- Under Connections, select Connect next to the Netflix Global Login. A window will appear.

Log in using your Netflix credentials.

Duo: the authentication screen will appear.
- Select Send me a push. A push notification will be sent to your mobile device.
- Select the green checkmark on the notification to confirm it.
- Okta Passwordless: Select Sign in with FastPass and Authenticate.

Duo: the authentication screen will appear.
- The Ivanti application window will refresh and show a green check mark indicating the VPN is connected.
hould you need to install additional endpoints, or if the Ivanti application downloads without any endpoints available, follow these instructions to add full-tunnel and split-tunnel endpoints for your region.
