Use the Amazon PunchOut Virtual Tech Cabinet
The PunchOut cabinet is currently only available for FTE corporate and animation employees in the US and Canada.
You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end workflow for your purchases as well as any returns.
The Virtual Tech Cabinet is accessed through Workday.

Use the video guide and follow the steps in this article to place an order.
How to order:
- Log into Workday.
- In the search field, type and then select Create requisition.

Select the appropriate requester, company, and currency.

Requester: The individual you’re requisitioning on behalf of (who the order’s for).
- The cost of the items will hit CC-601.01 NTech.

Company:
- US: Netflix Inc.
- Canada: Netflix Services Canada ULC.
- If you are defaulted to another entity, like Netflix Global LLC, update to the relevant company.
- Currency: Will default to local currency.
- Leave Requisition type blank.
- Leave the Deliver-To address, Ship-To address, and Worktags as default.

Requester: The individual you’re requisitioning on behalf of (who the order’s for).
- Select Ok.
- Select Connect to supplier website.
- You will then be presented with the different vendors you can PunchOut to; select Connect for Amazon PunchOut.

You will be redirected to our Amazon Prime Business account for Netflix, Inc.
- Under the search bar, PunchOut Group: Workday PunchOut - Netflix indicates you’re in the correct space.

Browse through the Amazon catalog and add items to cart.
- Select See all results if not all offerings are displayed.

Once ready, select the cart and select Proceed to checkout.
- Note that PunchOut is restricted to Tech Cabinet items only.
- Leave Group as default Workday Punchout - Netflix (Netflix Inc).

You will be prompted to select a Recipient name and a shipping address for this order.
- All corporate US office addresses are pre-populated in the portal.
- If the shipping address is not populated, select Change to add the correct address and phone number. This can be a home address and any new address will be automatically saved for future purchases.
- Confirm Pay by invoice is selected.
- Select Submit order for approval. Your order is not complete until you finish the Workday checkout.
- After checkout, you will be redirected to Workday to complete the transaction.

Select Checkout.
- If the item does not match what you selected, you have the option to delete your cart and start over using the trash icon.

The delivery and the ship-to address will auto-populate based on the requester’s profile in Workday.
- Note that this is the same requester that you selected when you initiated this punchout process. Amazon will ship to the address you enter in Amazon Business.
- Select Submit to continue with this order.

You will receive a notification that you submitted to confirm.
- The Workday PO will be issued to the supplier instantaneously.
- You will receive an email from Workday to confirm the requisition is approved.
For additional information on your order select the Req-XXXXXX. A new page will open that contains the Workday PO number. If you need to cancel or amend your order, do so under Orders.
- You will receive an email from Workday to confirm the requisition is approved.
- You will receive emails from Amazon within 3 hours to confirm the order (no-reply@amazon.com) and provide shipping and tracking details (shipment-tracking@amazon.com).
- You will receive an email from Amazon for delivery confirmation (order-update@amazon.com).
Amazon Business supports our account with Prime Shipping (2–3 day delivery), return instructions, and customer service. Support Users with the Amazon PunchOut Virtual Tech Cabinet
The virtual tech cabinet is an online platform that features a standardized catalog of peripherals and tech accessories, designed exclusively to support remote and hybrid corporate FTEs within the US and Canada. It’s accessible through Amazon PunchOut via Workday.
PunchOut Integration: Users can access the curated Amazon Business catalog through Workday, ensuring proper cost-center coding and a streamlined order processing.
Prime Shipping: Orders are shipped with Amazon Prime (2–3 day delivery), and users can track orders or initiate returns via the Amazon Business portal.
Order Status and Returns#
Users will receive an email from Workday to confirm the requisition is approved.
Users will receive emails from Amazon to confirm the order (no-reply@amazon.com), provide shipping and tracking details (shipment-tracking@amazon.com) and confirm delivery (order-update@amazon.com). They can log into go/amazonbuy (US) or go/amazonbuyca (Canada) to check order status or initiate returns.

Purchasing Outside the Catalog#
Users can purchase additional items through Amazon Business from go/amazonbuy (US) or go/amazonbuyca (Canada) by following P-Card verification or Expense Report workflows.
Using go/amazonbuy (US) or go/amazonbuyca (Canada) over other purchase and expense options provides valuable insights and data for N-Tech Sourcing & Operations, which will allow them to evaluate the offerings available through the virtual tech cabinet based on real purchasing needs.
Restricted Items#
For business-critical restricted items, advise users to locate and contact their Finance Procurement Operations (FPO) partner for guidance. This can be found in Workday from the FPO Business Partner tab in your profile overview.
